Pastoral Assistant for Administration
Sacred Heart Parish is currently accepting applications for a full-time Pastoral Assistant for Administration (PAA). This position serves as the Business Manager for the parish and is responsible for the accounting, finance, human resources, payroll, accounts payable, budgeting, and a wide variety of business and administrative responsibilities. The PAA administers the daily operations of grounds, maintenance, janitorial, safety, and security. In addition to possessing managerial and communication skills, the successful candidate will have strong accounting skills and will exhibit proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel spreadsheets and Word.
This is a 40 hour a week non-exempt position with excellent benefits and paid-time off.
Salary: Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, degrees and certifications.
